Data recorded
Each opened link results in the following being recorded on the sender's behalf:
- the message identifier and the recipient identifier carried by the URL
- the date and time of the open
- the browser signature (user-agent)
- the IP address, shortened once the country has been approximated
This data belongs to the sender of the email, who is the data controller. Maxony Suisse SA acts as processor. Nothing is sold, nothing serves advertising, and no data is correlated across senders.
Data processing
Processing rests on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the sender's legitimate interest in knowing the audience of their communications — or on Art. 6(1)(b) where a contract binds you to them. Under Swiss law, Art. 31 revFADP.
Measurements live as long as the campaign does in the sender's account — they are deleted together. Raw server logs never exceed thirty days.
Storage takes place in Switzerland, in our Geneva data centre. Redirection data is transferred nowhere else.
This domain sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Measurement relies solely on the identifiers carried by the link's address.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: address the sender, who alone holds the link between you and their lists. If they do not respond, the contact above takes over and carries out the deletion.

Unsubscribe
Unsubscribing is handled by the sender, not on this domain. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message, or the List-Unsubscribe header most mail clients expose. The request is applied immediately and permanently.
Report abuse or phishing
If a link routed through creationnewsletter.com led you to fraudulent content, write to moc.rettelswennoitaerc@esuba with the full address and, if you can, the email in source format (.eml).
Reports are handled by a person, seven days a week, with a first response within 24 hours. An address confirmed as fraudulent is disabled and the sending account is suspended.
